Who is really spying on Canada and why?
The Controversial tale of Xinhua, a Chinese News Agency in its role of keeping illicit tabs on Cana-dian Military maneuvers continues to be unraveled in Canada. Xinhua claims an extensive global news operation plus a military bureau. In Canada this account has become lurid and in the quest for military based news and has gone undercover and into surreal realms of espionage. Chinese espio-nage is intended as a preservation of China's national security through gaining commercial, techno-logical, and military secrets. Information that can shared to the highest bidder.
The Xinhua News Agency daubs itself as the official press agency of the People's Republic of Chi-na. Most notably Xinhua's president is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Its global operations boasts a global multi strata spectrum of news agencies.
Xinhua has a seedy underbelly as a spy-run organization reporting back to Beijing all sorts of ques-tionable tips that may fuel the controversy that Xinhua and its Bureau chief are wildly courting in the public eyes. What that controversy is? Relates to the content that they are acquiring. Infor-mation is Always Power. It does not matter what the information is. It may be mundane it can be remarkable but to the eyes and ears of those interested in the “softness' of Canada's Military prow-ess well its lucre may well be in the lurid or in the notoriety, as per Xinhua's Canadian reputation.
Canada had its first local recent attacks with the point blank in the back of slain Corporal Nathan Cirillo,in October, the beginning of the ISIS / BOKO Haram threats that began to circulate in Can-ada. A chilling February threat to attack the West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton surfaced. The RCMP is investigating a reported video from the Al-Shabab group that appears to urge Muslims to attack shopping malls in western countries — including the West Edmonton Mall. Staff-Sgt. Brent Meyer says the Mounties are investigating the “exact contents and authenticity” of the alleged Al-Shabab video.
This along with very gory televised beheadings of many innocents cemented our fear of Terror. In Canada they are no longer out there, there are here. Canada is now very sensitive to the threat of terror and to have Xinhua report on our Military and to make routine surveillance trips to map out and report on us to Communist China is outside the purview of most reporters. Communist China's fascination with Canada's Military has its spies filming Artic maneuvers, Saskatchewan RCMP training facilities and the like.
Canada has become a sensitive soft target to terror and we have a large Asian country not only re-cording our troop movements and broadcasting them but also ridiculing them. Other notable Cana-dian journalist such as Mr. Bourrie, said in an interview with the National Post. He alleges there are individuals within Xinhua who are acting as spies. Xinhua's espionage activities have been docu-mented since the agency's inception. Chinese defector Chen Yonglin, who held a senior diplomatic post for the regime in Australia, told The Epoch Times last year that Xinhua reporters are still tasked with espionage duties.
They play the role of a spy because Xinhua is actually an outreach organ of the CCP's intelligence agencies. The nature of their work means they must use all means to infiltrate and obtain intelli-gence,” he said. The Toronto, Ontario Bureau chief ensured his Canadian staffer was miss-directed only to establish, his often repeated claim to fame. I am a spy!. The utterances came during binges of rage of murderous threats, suicide and the abrupt announcements of spying for Xinhua. The words Top-secret were being used to discuss upcoming projects.
This March, 2015 Zhonghua Yan, Toronto Bureau chief disappeared from his Toronto office from March 7-23 and despite many hard Toronto related news, including the arrest of a Chinese citizen, the March in Toronto of over 5000 people part of a 50,000 Canadian people march against Canadian Bill C51 and marches in Toronto for women's day. The entire Toronto Bureau was missing and there was a radio, phone and internet blackout. Till an email arrives suddenly from Bureau chief Zhong-hua Yan from Saskatoon. It was chilling in its message. Published on Mar 13, 2015 on You tube. He had for several months played a dangerous game with his Canadian staffer and that included many threats by Yan to the Canadian journalist of Murder, Suicide, and violence and the Extortion of Xinhua funds to Zhonghua Yan personal bank accounts.
“Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) looks very imposing. Now a close look at the making of the Mounties might make you laugh. At the RCMP training academy in Regina, Sergeant Pierre Gosselin told us that the most important quality for a Mountie is integrity, but some new recruits may not know how to walk at the very beginning of their 24 weeks training.” A clear message to the world of the RCMP, in this moments effete movements. Hardly a call to arms or a firm boots to the ground scenario.
Zhonghua Yan, is an admitted Xinhua espionage operative moving around the Canadian country-side from coast to coast. Toronto is no longer his base and he and his crew survey the landscape of Canada's Military strength or more likely its weakness. It can all be a matter of perception and who is reporting or selling the news to whom. The Xinhua Bureau chiefs in Toronto have had a long his-tory of headline grabbing news. Such as the infamous, Bob Dechert and Shi Rong: Affairs of the Heart or Affairs of the State? Dechert was a low level MP and Rong who works for Xinhua, a news agency that Western counterintelligence agencies liken to an intelligence agency. In other words, there is a good chance that she is a Chinese spy. The affair ended in a pyrrhic disaster.
Zhonghua Yan born on November 2, 1981, in China is a new rising star of the modern spy regime. His reign in that capacity rivals that of the “Mata Hari”. Zhonghua or Yoyo Yan is gay or maybe even the first transgender Bureau chief of Toronto. This unlikely candidate of “spydom” began his initiation in Canadian recruitment by assaulting his Canadian staff, verbally and physically and by constantly indicating that he - Zhonghua Yan was going to kill and then commit suicide. This dra-matic revelation – caused the reporter to document and to tape and photograph these reoccurring revelations. The reporter reported to friends and to several members of the Toronto Police force, be-fore fleeing Canada.
His detailed statements all report, a daily, ritualistic, sadistic – abuse – I am going to kill you, Do you know how I am going to kill you and I have to kill myself. Yan was planning an assassination to kill his Canadian crew and himself.
Yangtze Yan晏忠华 “I have to commit suicide.” The reports show a thin Chinese man, talking to himself, not to the target, repeating over and over these death and Suicide threats. He admits to be-ing a spy and that he is in fact a woman. And that he seduced his male Afghani Trained killer Driv-er and had gay-sex to gain access to secrets in Afghanistan and will 'Break” his new Canadian re-cruit.
Yan continues with the death-suicide threats from October 10th – November 12th 2014 and then from January 5 – 2015 to February 2015. When questioned as to the reason for the Suicide? Yan stated, “I have no future. My Family has forced me to marry a woman. I hate woman, as I am a woman and I am going to spend all my money on a fake wedding, a twin surrogate pregnancy. I want the Boy! It's very expensive!”
He was introduced to other Canadians in the Health field and upon being introduced he, claimed, “I am a woman?”
When asked if he was aware that it was a Canadian crime to utter death threats and to also say that you are committing suicide. He responded, who would believe you? Are you recording me? I feel that you are recording me! Canada just passed assisted suicide laws, so I can be assisted to die.
As Zhonghua Yan's behavior continued to disintegrate and the Canadian authorities are now in-formed, time may yield a better answer as to why Xinhua, a spy agency was sending “spies' that were not only announcing they were spies but announcing their criminal intent. As Yan was so un-stable, and a threat to himself and others – copies of his reports – and the print out of the embez-zlements, were forwarded to several key operatives in Xinhua Beijing China's office. It will take a few attempts to get an honest operative response.
It's unknown if Xinhua will respond or what the fate of Yangtze Yan 晏忠华 Mr. Zhonghua Yan will be at this time. What went wrong with Xinhua to recruit these candidates that brought media attention to their “alleged' but well established spying?
Xinhua certainly makes a case that the cold war is not dead and especially in the case of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Did the role of spy in the case of Zhonghua Yan and the aforementioned by any means include Murder and suicide. Did Xinhua cross over to the dark realms of ISIS driven Terror? Yan at recent Chinese New year celebration with Canadian Prime Minister was present as the Prime Minister was receiving a scroll with his Chinese name. The Prime Minister was pleased and responded with, “I am now officially Chinese” That lead to Yan filling Xinhua Insider reports that The Canadian Prime Minister was performing an act of heavy sedition.
Xinhua News press in Canada has a long term history of espionage and the Agency is noted around the world for these very intrusive personal and inflammatory remarks. Their access to Canada's mili-tary is unprecedented. All done strictly to fulfill Xinhua Beijing communistic biases. The death threats and suicide are at this time the first known example of Xinhua's new approach to their spy-ing and espionage. October 22, 2014, at Parliament Hill in Ottawa, was also the first time a slate of shootings happened on the Canadian National War Memorial, Michael Zehaf-Bibeau fatally shot Corporal Nathan Cirillo, a Canadian soldier on ceremonial sentry duty.
Xinhua's Yan may be influenced by the lone –wolf approach and noting that his Canadian staffer was on to him, began these single minded threats and bizarre revelations which may have worked in Afghanistan but did not work in Toronto Canada.
